Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years related experience.
- Strong initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for coaching, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data.
- Effective negotiation experience and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adopt Customer Relationship Management software.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present on an executive level.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and share by prioritizing MagicPak growth in New Construction sales.
- Grow market share through Residential Systems.
- Onboard new Regional Developers.
- Manage targeted Independent Specification Agencies at a local level.
- Develop relationships with Allied Developer and specification partners, distributors, and internal team members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
- Monitor and report on market trends and customer feedback.
- Identify new developer prospects in the multi-family product category.
- Manage pricing contracts and long-term agreements.
