Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in a community, DevRel, Event, or field marketing role.
- Hands-on experience organizing trade shows, conferences, or community events.
- Experience in booth management and vendor coordination.
- Experience running community programs such as advocacy, ambassador, or certification.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to run multiple events and programs simultaneously.
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and managing logistics across regions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive community advocacy and recognition programs.
- Manage ambassador and certification paths for community members.
- Execute presence at third-party conferences like KCD, DevOpsDays, SREcon, and CloudNativeCon.
- Coordinate regional meetups and socials across EMEA, APAC, AMER, and LATAM.
- Oversee community experience and customer swag programs.
- Launch and shape new community programs as the product scales.
