Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role.
- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, probation and performance reviews, internal mobility, check-ins, and offboarding processes.
- Administer HR processes and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as HiBob and Jira.
- Serve as a key point of contact between employees and management, helping to resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in recurring HR practices such as 1:1 meetings, engagement surveys, and feedback cycles, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support employees in understanding policies, processes, and development opportunities while ensuring a positive employee experience.
