- 6–8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
- Deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video advertising
- Experience in mobile acquisition including app campaigns and MMPs/SKAN
- Strong track record connecting creative strategy and data analysis
- Experience managing and developing small teams
- Hands-on leadership style
- Analytical and experimentation mindset
- Familiarity with SQL and A/B testing frameworks
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 channel specialists
- Own performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Display, and Video channels
- Develop and optimize mobile acquisition strategy and experimentation frameworks
- Build and evolve a structured creative testing framework linking creative to CAC, LTV, and incrementality
- Design and manage cross-channel roadmaps
- Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams
- Monitor performance and communicate insights to leadership
