  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video advertising
  • Experience in mobile acquisition including app campaigns and MMPs/SKAN
  • Strong track record connecting creative strategy and data analysis
  • Experience managing and developing small teams
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Analytical and experimentation mindset
  • Familiarity with SQL and A/B testing frameworks
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 channel specialists
  • Own performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Display, and Video channels
  • Develop and optimize mobile acquisition strategy and experimentation frameworks
  • Build and evolve a structured creative testing framework linking creative to CAC, LTV, and incrementality
  • Design and manage cross-channel roadmaps
  • Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams
  • Monitor performance and communicate insights to leadership
