Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience supporting clients in Seller Central and Vendor Central in Amazon
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with high accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Growth mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Willing to work PH night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Strong internet connection - at least 100mbps
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Amazon account management across the assigned portfolio
- Execute against strategic plans developed by senior team members
- Monitor Amazon accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, performance, and optimization opportunities
- Manage merchandising updates, catalog hygiene, listing optimizations, and retail operations
- Assist in marketing and promotional planning execution
- Prepare client-facing materials, including decks, reporting, recaps, and action plans
- Take detailed notes on client calls and track action items internally
- Identify optimization opportunities and flag to leadership
- Support business reviews and internal reporting
