Requirements
- 8+ years building production software.
- Direct experience building multi-step, tool-using LLM workflows in production.
- Working knowledge of foundation model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.).
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.).
- Fluency in scripting, light app development, API integrations, and data pipelines.
- Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools and practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a PE-backed or multi-product SaaS environment.
- Comfort with high ambiguity and autonomous project definition.
Responsibilities
- Embed with teams across LINQ to identify friction and simplify workflows with agents.
- Design and ship multi-step, tool-using agents using foundation model APIs and agent frameworks.
- Develop reusable skills and primitives to ensure agent work compounds across the company.
- Define metrics and dashboards to instrument and prove the impact of AI tools.
- Train internal teams and transition ownership of agents to sustaining teams.
- Define the internal agent platform architecture, including orchestration and evaluation pipelines.
- Make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate recommendations for AI tooling.
- Co-launch and lead an internal AI champions network.
- Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure agents meet regulatory standards.
- Advise on AI landscape, models, and platform adoption.
