Requirements

  • 1 to 2 or more years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is ideal.
  • Track record of consistent quota or activity attainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to speak intelligently about complex financial workflows.
  • Comfort navigating buying environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or 6Sense.
  • Ability to develop working fluency in K-1 and 990 tax workflows within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct deep account research using AI and tools to identify key decision-makers.
  • Leverage intent data tools to prioritize accounts and design tailored engagement sequences.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Nurture inbound leads and ensure seamless transition to Account Executives.
  • Deliver complete context to Account Executives on prospect pain points and stakeholder maps.
  • Manage all activity and pipeline data in HubSpot with rigor.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for outreach, SQL generation, and meetings booked.
  • Stay current on alternative investment industry trends and regulatory changes.
