Requirements
- 6+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
- Proficiency in repeatable methods for uncovering greenfield opportunities
- Experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives
- Knowledge of best-of-breed software, integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers
- Familiarity with target account selling and solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
Responsibilities
- Source and close net new logos within a given territory
- Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
- Perform value-driven sales cycles by researching customer business objectives
- Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward
- Deliver ARR revenue targets using a metric-based approach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive opportunities
- Provide timely and insightful input to internal stakeholders
- Create ROI and business justification reports
- Run proof-of-concepts (POCs) based on business success criteria
