Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting/BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with forecasting, revenue planning, sales analytics, and commission calculations.
- Experience managing large datasets and building scalable reporting processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead SOP unit forecasting processes to support demand planning, revenue projections, and organizational growth targets.
- Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and budgeting, ensuring timely and accurate revenue projections.
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning models.
- Own corporate sales reporting tools and deliver timely, accurate executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
- Manage SPS data reporting, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
- Calculate and validate sales rep monthly commissions and incentive compensation plans.
- Produce and distribute weekly sales reports highlighting bookings, revenue, pipeline health, forecast changes, and performance trends.
