Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Math.
- 7-10 years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A.
- Exceptional modeling proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfort or willingness to deepen skills in SQL.
- Fluent across full P&L including revenue, gross profit, and operating expenses.
- Proven track record of operating autonomously without a defined playbook.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience as a business partner to Sales and Marketing leaders.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
- Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects end-to-end from framing to recommendation.
- Build financial models for long-range plans, investment cases, and scenario analyses.
- Partner with Sales leadership on bookings, cohort economics, and segment profitability.
- Partner with Marketing on demand generation ROI and channel investment trade-offs.
- Partner with Product and Operations on opex management and capital expenditure.
- Prepare executive and board-level materials distilling complex analyses into narratives.
- Act as a trusted deputy to the VP of FP&A for cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor analysts and grow into formal people management.
- Experiment with AI to build modeling tools and automate recurring analyses.
