Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or analytical fields.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and/or FP&A software (e.g., Anaplan).
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell stories with data.
Responsibilities
- Be a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting and influencing decisions with actionable insights.
- Lead the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Gather, consolidate and analyze operating and financial performance.
- Prepare internal and external reporting deliverables, including earnings release and board materials.
- Analyze actual performance vs. plan/forecast and identify business drivers.
- Synthesize key data to facilitate decision-making for leadership.
- Drive efficiency in financial processes and systems.
