Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data, business, customer, product, or marketing analytics.
- Strong SQL skills in high-volume, large-scale data environments.
- Experience building scalable data models and analytical datasets.
- Proven experience analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, or product usage.
- Proficiency with Python for analysis, automation, and data transformation.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI and dashboarding platforms.
- Working knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data modeling.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, product usage, account health, retention, and growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain scalable data models and analytical datasets.
- Build dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses.
- Apply analytical and statistical techniques to solve customer-focused business problems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and improve data quality.
- Validate analyses and reporting outputs through rigorous QA practices.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
