Requirements
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead for cross-functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust on skeptical or fatigued teams.
- Strong proficiency in Jira (backlog management, configuration, reporting).
- Ability to support multiple teams with varying maturity levels.
- Diagnostic mindset to identify and solve team/process/organizational issues.
- Experience scaling Agile practices in maturing organizations (preferred).
- Experience supporting technology, data, or platform teams (preferred).
- Ability to create durable templates and operating standards (preferred).
- Experience within a structured Agile practice or center of excellence (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Build trust and psychological safety within teams.
- Perform administrative and readiness work for sprint planning, including Jira maintenance.
- Maintain backlog health and ensure work is properly structured.
- Apply and reinforce standardized ticket structures and formats.
- Track, analyze, and communicate sprint metrics.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis for blockers and rollover.
- Identify and pursue impediments that cross team boundaries.
- Contribute to overall delivery standards and playbooks.
