Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and/or software development management.
- Strong technical knowledge of software application development.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile methodology.
- Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and departments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in delivery of complex enterprise-level software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full SDLC in a scientific environment using Agile methodology.
- Define technical and functional requirements, quality control planning, and integration.
- Coordinate daily complex technical projects involving scientific and genomic data.
- Provide technical and administrative expertise to software development projects.
- Manage software/system design, specifications, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Track milestones and produce deliverables.
- Balance risks, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets.
- Advise senior management on technical issues and communicate project status to stakeholders.
