Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for clients seeking care to manage their mental and behavioral health wellness.
- Utilize a variety of technologies to ensure the client is connected with the appropriate therapist.
- Use a consultative approach to assist with identifying the correct provider for care.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and other forms of communication.
- Interact with external partners and healthcare systems to ensure access to care.
- Conduct outreach to referred clients and provide personalized onboarding services.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and facilitating communication with providers.
