Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or closely related role
- Demonstrated experience in Agile software development lifecycle
- Experience contributing strategic insights influencing product/platform direction
- Experience conducting and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong technical analysis skills
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Jira or similar tools
- Advanced data analysis skills using SQL and BI tools
- Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business needs
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and system designs
- Manage and refine epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design by providing workflows, business rules, and data relationships
- Communicate effectively to maintain stakeholder alignment
- Support cross-team coordination by identifying dependencies and sharing recommendations
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning sessions
- Perform data analysis using SQL or BI tools to validate requirements
- Mentor and guide junior analysts
