Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Finance Business Systems Analyst or in NetSuite ERP product ownership.
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP modules (OM, billing, supply chain, revenue recognition, GL, AR, AP, Inventory, COGS).
- Expertise in ASC 606 compliance and revenue contract arrangements.
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics Workbooks and system configuration (Saved Searches, reports, PDF forms).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale financial system implementations or integrations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (QTC, P2P, R2R, SOX compliance).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Finance technology vision and roadmap across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, and T&E.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize and automate workflows for Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional requirements and user stories.
- Manage the product backlog, support testing (SIT, UAT), and oversee deployment of enhancements.
- Ensure IT SOX compliance, audit readiness, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot system integrations between NetSuite and ancillary systems.
- Mentor junior business systems analysts.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and roadmap alignment.
