Requirements

  • Expertise in NetBox, DCIM, IPAM, and core networking concepts.
  • Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
  • Proficiency with version control tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, CSV, and JSON processing.
  • Strong skills in Linux command line, shell scripting, and SSH.
  • Programming experience with Python, including package management (pip) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep familiarity with each customer's environment, goals, and constraints.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, planning sessions, and Business Reviews.
  • Help customers translate network management goals into NetBox workflows.
  • Serve as the bridge between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues across installation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Manage the full post-sale technical lifecycle.
  • Meet SLAs for response and resolution.
  • Surface customer feedback and feature requests to Product teams.
  • Build runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with TechOps on deep technical escalations.
