Requirements
- Expertise in NetBox, DCIM, IPAM, and core networking concepts.
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Proficiency with version control tools such as GitHub or GitLab.
- Working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, CSV, and JSON processing.
- Strong skills in Linux command line, shell scripting, and SSH.
- Programming experience with Python, including package management (pip) and REST APIs.
Responsibilities
- Build deep familiarity with each customer's environment, goals, and constraints.
- Participate in architecture reviews, planning sessions, and Business Reviews.
- Help customers translate network management goals into NetBox workflows.
- Serve as the bridge between customer needs and product capabilities.
- Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues across installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Manage the full post-sale technical lifecycle.
- Meet SLAs for response and resolution.
- Surface customer feedback and feature requests to Product teams.
- Build runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with TechOps on deep technical escalations.
