Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients
- Proactively reach out to potential clients who completed online quotes
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS in English and French
- Monitor personal performance and meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve objectives
- Participate in developing strategies to boost client engagement and sales
- Obtain broker exams (AMF and RIBO) after the first year
