- At least 2 years of experience as an insurance broker or agent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Interest in technology and quick learner
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs.
- Answer coverage questions and offer personalized advice.
- Set up new policies or complete policy modifications.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure we are continuously offering a policy that best suits their needs.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and SMS.
- Monitor personal performance and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the customer service and sales team to achieve team objectives.
