Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Submortgage Broker
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of workflow
- Eliminate underwriting
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Handle client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
