Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both.
  • Open to obtaining licensing in Quebec if not already licensed there.
  • A licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with a valid LLQP.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in insurance or a related industry.
  • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational skills.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to manage objections and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • High empathy and discretion, especially when speaking about personal or financial topics.
  • Coachable and a strong desire to learn and improve.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ownership over your work and your pipeline.
  • Alignment with PolicyMe’s values and commitment to putting the customer’s best interest first.
  • Group Insurance of Persons license is considered a great asset.

Responsibilities

  • Help prospective clients navigate insurance options using PolicyMe’s digital platform.
  • Speak with customers in French & English to answer questions and guide them through the buying process.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 inbound leads each month.
  • Use HubSpot to track conversations, follow-ups, and application stages.
  • Recommend the right coverage based on customer needs with a consultative approach.
  • Maintain high-quality service across phone, email, and SMS channels.
  • Address customer questions related to needs, product details, or the insurance process.
  • Collaborate with teammates and team leads to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience.
  • Ensure every prospective customer receives honest, helpful, and human service.
  • Other duties as required.
