Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both.
- Open to obtaining licensing in Quebec if not already licensed there.
- A licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with a valid LLQP.
- 1 - 4 years of experience in insurance or a related industry.
- Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong organizational skills.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Ability to manage objections and explain complex concepts clearly.
- High empathy and discretion, especially when speaking about personal or financial topics.
- Coachable and a strong desire to learn and improve.
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt to change and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ownership over your work and your pipeline.
- Alignment with PolicyMe’s values and commitment to putting the customer’s best interest first.
- Group Insurance of Persons license is considered a great asset.
Responsibilities
- Help prospective clients navigate insurance options using PolicyMe’s digital platform.
- Speak with customers in French & English to answer questions and guide them through the buying process.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 inbound leads each month.
- Use HubSpot to track conversations, follow-ups, and application stages.
- Recommend the right coverage based on customer needs with a consultative approach.
- Maintain high-quality service across phone, email, and SMS channels.
- Address customer questions related to needs, product details, or the insurance process.
- Collaborate with teammates and team leads to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience.
- Ensure every prospective customer receives honest, helpful, and human service.
- Other duties as required.
