Requirements
- 10+ years in product management or product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps in close partnership with Engineering teams
- Experience working alongside technical leadership (CTO, Engineering, Architecture)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in PE-backed software environments
- Background in regulated industries: energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure
- Experience managing multiple products or product lines simultaneously
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and product analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution across assigned product domains
- Define and maintain clear product roadmaps
- Drive prioritization decisions in partnership with Engineering leadership
- Translate technical capabilities into customer-facing product value
- Partner with the CTO, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Lead and scale a high-performing Product Management team
- Establish product management processes
- Engage with strategic customers and partners
