- Deep experience with platform or infrastructure products (data platforms, APIs, developer platforms, workflow/orchestration engines, identity).
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable primitives and abstractions.
- Strong API-first instincts.
- Fluency with AI/agent stack: MCP, agent tooling, evals, context management.
- Strong cross-functional instincts.
- Coaching mindset.
- Clear, structured thinking.
