- Proficiency in technical documentation.

- Experience with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in generative AI workflows or prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of LLM alignment, specifically Gemini AI.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into structured logic.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across sectors to update technical best practice guidance documents.
- Configure Gemini AI templates and prompts for high-quality proposal writing.
- Review and update programmatic budgeting tools for financial modeling.
- Design and build a cross-sector assessment tool for project tracking.
- Evaluate data management and software tool approaches with Technical Managers.
- Propose updated data, version control, and code management structures.
- Improve algorithmic processes to strengthen global portfolio efficiency.
