- Capability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to surface business requirements and integration needs.
- Deliver tailored product demos to client stakeholders.
- Design and architect scalable solutions, data flows, and API integrations.
- Produce detailed technical proposals, system design docs, and integration blueprints.
- Perform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live.
- Train internal teams and clients on system usage and integration flows.
- Serve as technical escalation lead during implementation.
- Monitor post-go-live system performance and lead remediation efforts.
