Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT developer, analyst, or similar technical role.
- Demonstrated experience with web or application development (Retool preferred).
- Experience conducting UAT or other testing (SOX preferred).
- Experience with requirements gathering and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar programming language.
- Moderate to advanced SQL experience.
- Experience with source-controlled environments (Azure DevOps and CI/CD preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, pipelines, notebooks).
- Industry experience in CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Power Automate or other RPA tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal Retool applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Retool apps.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Perform SOX-compliant testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support data engineering functions within Microsoft Fabric.
- Help build and maintain analytics solutions and dashboards.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to automate tasks.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Manager of DevOps.
