Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, healthcare analytics, or pharmaceutical market data solutions.
- At least 3 years focused on U.S. payer/market access data products.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare payer ecosystem, including PBM structures and benefit design.
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with diverse healthcare datasets (formulary, claims, reference data).
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative mindset.
- Full-cycle talent management experience (hiring, performance reviews, development).
- Familiarity with SaaS/data product commercialization and client contract structures.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, architecture and implementation strategy, and roadmap for a suite of healthcare data products.
- Drive multi-product roadmap planning and identify opportunities to extend core data assets.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable product priorities.
- Define and track product KPIs including data completeness, fill rates, and client adoption.
- Manage third-party healthcare data vendor relationships and ensure integration quality.
- Define and govern data models and classification frameworks for complex payer ecosystems.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional product team.
- Serve as a trusted product authority for internal consulting and commercial teams.
- Lead the resolution of complex client-reported data issues.
