Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, platform, fintech, telecom, CPaaS or related technology.
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling customer-facing and platform products.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional processes.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, customer research, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans and partnering with GTM teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working on pricing, packaging, monetization, or usage-based business models.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging SQL, BI tools, or product analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define and execute the roadmap for CPaaS, Billing, and Phone Platform products.
  • Own roadmap grooming, prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning.
  • Define and improve billing workflows, usage metering, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop pricing strategies and evaluate monetization opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end product development from discovery and validation through launch and optimization.
  • Define and track key KPIs related to adoption, revenue, billing, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver platform capabilities.
