Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and SAP Concur.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of projects and meetings.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for project monitoring and evaluation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
