Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and SAP Concur.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and reports.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of projects and meetings.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
