Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing ideal.
- 1-2 years experience in customer service and data processing.
- 3+ years client-facing experience.
- At least 2+ years tenure in a recent previous position.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva ideal.
Responsibilities
- Support Creative Project Managers and clients through quick, detailed communication.
- Prioritize client requests, including sending product showcases, estimates, and invoices.
- Oversee Creative Project Manager’s inbox for assigned clients.
- Own basic to intermediate client communication.
- Collaborate with the team to execute ad hoc administrative projects.
- Maintain standard profit margins on client pricing requests.
- Set up jobs following best practices and SOPs.
- Review and create 20+ pricing proposals per day.
