- Strong editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or equivalent CMS
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
- Confidence using AI tools
- Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and growth
- Experience managing freelancers and external content partners
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team

Responsibilities
- Own the publishing calendar across all channels
- Create content including thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email newsletters, and sales enablement assets
- Track and report on marketing and funnel metrics
- Uphold editorial standards
- Brief, manage, and quality-control freelance writers and designers
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy and execution
- Manage social media channels, community engagement and follower growth
- Manage the website content
- Run email newsletter programme
- Partner with sales team on enablement and account-specific content
- Own lead scoring and prospect-related CRM initiatives
