- Strong UX and interaction design skills for workflows and edge cases.
- Excellent visual design craft including typography and consistency.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma including component systems and prototyping.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience for key Agentic AI initiatives.
- Simplify complex AI autonomy, confidence, and control challenges into intuitive workflows.
- Raise the quality bar across the platform from information architecture to visual details.
- Design onboarding and feedback loops to help customers adopt AI.
- Design experiences for Arabic-first enterprise users including RTL support.
- Contribute reusable patterns and components to scale design systems.
- Use research to inform decisions and validate solutions.
- Participate in critiques and mentor other designers.
