Engineering at Lucidya

You will build and deploy intelligent Voice Agents that solve real business problems. Our AI engine is designed for Arabic language analysis, providing 92% sentiment analysis accuracy across 15 Arabic dialects. We leverage AI, Machine Learning, and big data technologies to process complex customer data. You'll work with Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. Experience with ASR, TTS, and conversational IVR is crucial, deploying models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability. We are actively expanding our AI Agents business unit, building new platforms and solutions. You will contribute to our AI and R&D teams, which are receiving significant investment.
