Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, servicing, customer support, or workflow management.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Loss Mitigation, Collections, and Onboarding.
- Experience managing escalations, operational workflows, or case management processes.
- Experience using a CRM or workflow management system.
- Experience creating or maintaining process documentation or operational procedures.
- Knowledge of servicing operations, financial services operations, or borrower support.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert or operational lead.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across servicing operations.
- Monitor operational workflows, queue health, and backlog trends.
- Investigate and resolve complex borrower escalations and operational issues.
- Partner with Operations, Loss Mitigation, Collections and Onboarding management teams.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
- Maintain process documentation and operational guidance.
- Support frontline servicing operations across email, phone, and chat.
