Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, servicing, customer support, or workflow management.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Loss Mitigation, Collections, and Onboarding.
  • Experience managing escalations, operational workflows, or case management processes.
  • Experience using a CRM or workflow management system.
  • Experience creating or maintaining process documentation or operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of servicing operations, financial services operations, or borrower support.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter expert or operational lead.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert across servicing operations.
  • Monitor operational workflows, queue health, and backlog trends.
  • Investigate and resolve complex borrower escalations and operational issues.
  • Partner with Operations, Loss Mitigation, Collections and Onboarding management teams.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Maintain process documentation and operational guidance.
  • Support frontline servicing operations across email, phone, and chat.
