Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- 3+ years of data analysis, BI solution development, and application administration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application and data management strategies.
- Experience in database design, stored procedures, and data migration.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements.
- Experience with low-code/no-code 'Citizen Developer' tools.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze IT systems (SQL, GCP) and data to improve workflows.
- Evaluate IT architectures to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and analytics tools for business insights.
- Support production systems and resolve application issues.
- Manage hardware procurement and inventory tracking.
- Translate business questions into analytic frameworks.
- Provide training on technical solutions and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
