Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Server administration and dashboard creation.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and/or AWS QuickSight.
- Solid understanding of data connectivity protocols (ODBC/JDBC).
- Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, VPC) and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Advanced English Level.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Tableau Server, ensuring performance, scalability, and high availability.
- Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards to meet business and analytical needs.
- Support additional BI tools such as Power BI and AWS QuickSight.
- Manage and troubleshoot data connectivity using ODBC/JDBC across multiple data sources.
- Work with AWS infrastructure (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, VPC) to support BI and data platform operations.
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and performance issues across BI and data environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure efficient data access and usability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) for BI and data-related workflows.
- Implement and monitor system health using tools like Grafana.
