Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining logical data models and pipelines.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses, and data stores.
- Experience in data processing/ETL and querying.
- Proficiency with SQL, SQL Server, and AWS services (Athena, S3, Airflow, Redshift).
- Experience with complex data visualization using BI/visualization packages.
- Experience with building data pipelines and data intake applications using Node.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams across Care to modernize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure by transitioning legacy processes and tools to more scalable and efficient solutions.
- Support the migration of enterprise data by transitioning datasets, scripts, reports, and workflows to a cloud-based environment.
- Standardize and consolidate data sources and reporting platforms.
- Handle data extractions from multiple data sources, analyze large volumes of data, and build custom data queries.
- Improve system integrations by automating data flows and enhancing access management.
- Develop automated monitoring and alerting systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
