Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Background in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
- Proven track record of driving improvements through data and user insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluation.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Preferred: Experience in two-sided marketplaces.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
Responsibilities
- Lead the patient experience to improve access and engagement in mental health care.
- Analyze data to identify patient pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user researchers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Lead a dedicated engineering team.
- Design, launch, and measure product improvements.
- Articulate product strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders.
