Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist Czech-speaking customers with booking accommodations via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding properties, pricing, and Booking.com policies.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions using Booking.com's reservation system.
- Collaborate within a team environment to meet service quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
