Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years customer service or account management experience.
- Account management experience in the health insurance or health care industry.
- Experience in the ICHRA space (ideally).
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Experience working in a highly dynamic environment (start-up or emerging growth).
- Clear and effective communicator with public speaking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous start-up company experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Educate employer clients about Gravie's ICHRA product and services.
- Provide accurate and timely answers to clients' questions.
- Ensure new and renewing employer clients receive accurately completed onboarding documents.
- Facilitate and present kick-off meetings to clients' employee populations.
- Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues.
- Proactively deliver ongoing guidance and thoughtful recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate and manage ongoing relationships with clients through meetings and outreach.
- Assist groups through their plan renewal in determining affordability.
- Work with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
