Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service or account management experience.
  • Account management experience in the health insurance or health care industry.
  • Experience in the ICHRA space (ideally).
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a highly dynamic environment (start-up or emerging growth).
  • Clear and effective communicator with public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Previous start-up company experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Educate employer clients about Gravie's ICHRA product and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely answers to clients' questions.
  • Ensure new and renewing employer clients receive accurately completed onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate and present kick-off meetings to clients' employee populations.
  • Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues.
  • Proactively deliver ongoing guidance and thoughtful recommendations to clients.
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing relationships with clients through meetings and outreach.
  • Assist groups through their plan renewal in determining affordability.
  • Work with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
