Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping software products.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, real-time platforms, or operationally complex environments.
- Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in a collaborative, one-team environment.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, implementation, support, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building workflow-heavy, real-time, or operational products.
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or decision-support systems.
- Familiarity with video streaming, multimedia, or computer vision workflows.
- Experience using analytics and operational metrics to guide decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and execution for CAD workflows such as call intake, unit recommendations, and incident management.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver responsive, scalable web-based experiences.
- Engage with dispatchers and field personnel to translate operational pain points into product improvements.
- Define requirements and product strategy for AI-driven capabilities for call triage and decision support.
- Collaborate on real-time video streaming and multimedia workflow capabilities.
- Use product analytics and operational data to measure customer outcomes and prioritize investments.
- Support go-to-market teams with new launches and customer adoption.
- Balance new feature development with system performance, resiliency, and usability improvements.
