Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech.
  • Comfortable discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time.
  • Extreme ownership and coachability.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and own pipeline through high-volume, multi-channel outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Use behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to personalize outreach and target vertical-specific pain points.
  • Run efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) to categorize prospects.
  • Position the platform as workforce intelligence and demonstrate features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot.
  • Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants.
  • Proactively address privacy concerns and highlight privacy-first architecture.
