  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-threaded deals.
  • Proven experience building pipeline from scratch.
  • Background in MarTech, CRM, or email/CDP platforms.
  • Established network of contacts at enterprise companies.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
  • Professional-level English required.
  • Experience selling to senior decision-makers across Marketing, IT, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the enterprise pipeline in LATAM from zero.
  • Conduct outbound-led prospecting and territory planning.
  • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Advance opportunities using mutual action plans and multi-threading.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements including legal and procurement processes.
  • Attend local market events to build brand presence.
  • Gather market intelligence to shape LATAM commercial strategy.
