Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience including 0-to-1 launches.
- Hands-on AI power user experience across product development stages.
- Expertise in UI/UX front-end development.
- Technical fluency in authentication, data infrastructure, and security/privacy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery processes and user testing.
- Strong user empathy for educators and students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation habits.
- Strong facilitation skills to lead cross-functional processes.
- Genuine interest in mentorship and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
- Define problem space, constraints, and pain points.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, user testing, and research.
- Translate requirements into a phased roadmap with clear milestones.
- Address security, safety, privacy, and legal considerations.
- Build products end-to-end and coordinate with engineering contractors.
- Define evaluation criteria and product analytics.
- Coach and upskill internal staff on product development best practices.
- Support internal AI readiness and shared infrastructure development.
