Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
- Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Implement human resources programs including talent acquisition, compensation, and health and welfare benefits.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate new hire onboarding processes.
- Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Provide HR advisory services regarding absence, health, grievance matters, and organizational change.
- Communicate and interpret employee handbook and organizational policies.
- Organize and maintain employee records.
- Process documentation and reports for performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
