- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorisation before payment
- Match invoices to job records and flag any discrepancies or unexplained cost variances
- Maintain a real-time view of committed costs and actual spend per job/claim
- Prepare and submit invoices to insurer clients within agreed payment windows
- Produce monthly profit and loss accounts and a rolling cash flow forecast
- Prepare a weekly aged debtor and aged creditor summary
- Provide a cost-per-claim analysis to support profitability insights
- Maintain financial records in compliance with HMRC and Companies House requirements
- Support year-end processes and liaise with external accountants
- Recommend improvements to existing financial processes and controls
