- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee support
- Update and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records
- Support recruitment, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Assist with hiring, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Track KPIs, attendance, performance records, and HR-related reports
- Support managers with basic HR issues, documentation, and compliance
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and positive employee experience
- Ensure HR files, contracts, and internal documents are kept accurate and up to date
