Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
- Experience in restaurant or retail industries is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills as this role will need to take calls.
- Proficiency in Excel (not a disqualifier, but preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in both Spanish & English is highly preferred for this role.
- A Windows-based computer is required for this role, as some of the tools and platforms used are not fully compatible with macOS.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both field and corporate roles.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and new hire documentation
- Communicate regularly with Operations to align staffing needs and onboarding timelines
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Support general HR tasks, including employee relations, compliance, and documentation
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Utilize platforms such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR processes
