Requirements

- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency.
- Reliable internet connection (at least 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload).
- Private, dedicated, interruption-free workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently, totaling roughly 40 chats per shift.
- Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming emails or MMS from customers.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers.
- Proactively communicate and engage with the team in a virtual work environment.
- Maintain performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, and timeliness.
