Requirements

- Ability to maneuver between multiple systems while on the phone
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Possess a private, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to hardwire workspace via Ethernet cable
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
- Address topics including benefits, eligibility, claim status, and claim disposition.
- Navigate multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
- Document all inquiries and actions taken in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain high quality service standards in a fast-paced environment.
